Vacuutec Food Packaging Plant

Construction management and supervision of the Vacuutec food packaging plant, with about 6,500 m² of industrial, production, storage, and office space. Roof Dagan carried the project from selecting the design and consultant team, through contracting a manufacturer abroad to fabricate and supply the building's frame and envelope and closely supervising its erection in Israel, to selecting a second international supplier and designing the interior partitions and office furniture. The developer, contractors, designers, and consultants were kept in sync through every stage. Delivered with structural engineer Oren Gaon and contractor Jamal Masarwa.
