The Roof Dagan Ltd. website respects its visitors' privacy. This page explains what information the site collects, what it is used for, and which services receive it. Roof Dagan Ltd. is responsible for this information.
What We Collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: name, phone and your message, along with the address of the page you sent it from. Providing these details is voluntary, but without a name and phone number we can't get back to you. When you tap a WhatsApp, phone or email link, we record that you tapped it and on which page; the conversation itself happens in the app you chose, under that app's own privacy terms. Every visit also sends basic technical data (IP address and browser type), and usage data is collected through the services listed below.
How It Is Used
Your details are used to get back to you about your inquiry and provide the service you asked for: form submissions are emailed to the relevant contact person at the company and to its management. Your phone number is also shared with Meta, as a hash, to measure our advertising. Technical data is used for security and abuse prevention, and usage data to understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Services That Receive Information
Google Analytics measures site usage with cookies: which pages were viewed, and whether a contact link was tapped or the form was sent. The Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API receive the same kinds of events, along with the page address, your IP address, browser details and Meta's cookie identifiers, to measure and improve our advertising. When you send the form, Meta also receives your phone number as a hash, a one-way code rather than the number itself. LogRocket records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page content and technical errors) so we can improve the site; text you type into forms is masked and never recorded, and your IP address is not stored. On a project page with a video, the YouTube player (Google) loads only after you click the video; YouTube then receives your IP address and browser details. Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Some of these services store information outside Israel.
Cookies
As soon as you visit the site, Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and LogRocket store cookies or similar identifiers in your browser; YouTube stores such information only if you play a video. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site keeps working as usual.
Your Rights & Contact
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated (sections 13 and 14 of Israel's Privacy Protection Law).
