Space-Frame Roof, Bnei Brak
Design and construction of a distinctive building in Bnei Brak with about 3,000 m² of roof and clear spans of over 50 meters — no columns in the middle of the space. Roof Dagan proposed reconceiving the building around a space-frame structure, which Nadav Dagan designed together with Galpaz Architects and the main contractor, Bonei Binyan. The roof was assembled in complete segments on the ground and lifted onto supports prepared in advance, with the utmost engineering precision. It is covered with 18 mm light-transmitting panels by Palram Industries, and the building integrates dedicated smoke-vent windows. Roof Dagan accompanied, coordinated, and closely supervised the work throughout.
