Talpiot Mizrah, Jerusalem

Full design-build of a motorized pool enclosure of about 800 m² in Talpiot Mizrah, Jerusalem. The roof has four segments, two fixed and two that open and close, and is surrounded by a tall perimeter fascia that hides the roof and its systems, giving the building a clean outer envelope. Roof Dagan carried out the structural design, steel fabrication and on-site erection. Delivered with structural engineers Oren Gaon Engineering and main contractor Ram Aderet.
