Even Yehuda Motorized Enclosure

Full design-build of a motorized retractable enclosure of about 600 m²: structural design, drive-system development, steel fabrication, and on-site erection. The roof has four units — two fixed and two that open electrically at the push of a button — on a galvanized steel frame of oven-painted HEA/HEB sections and welded steel box members. The roof is tied into the building's fire-detection and smoke-venting systems, and rainwater drains through galvanized steel gutters and downpipes.
