DCOR House, Ashkelon

Construction of an additional floor on an existing building to engineer Yitzhak Pinto's plans: fabrication and erection of a hot-dip galvanized steel framework; a thermo-acoustic roof with Hyper-Polynum insulation, fire-treated OSB boards, and torch-applied bituminous sheeting over the OSB; roof clad with 0.7 mm aluminum in the Plazonal system; gable and east walls closed with insulated concealed-seam panels; and a glass curtain wall on the building's front.
