Beit Hanina Motorized Enclosure

Full design-build of a four-segment motorized retractable enclosure: two fixed units and two that open electrically at the push of a button. The roof is connected to the building's fire-detection system and opens automatically in a fire, serving as a code-compliant smoke vent. Roof Dagan carried out the structural design, steel fabrication, drive-system development, and on-site erection; the roof is designed for wind and snow loads, with thermal and acoustic insulation and full waterproofing. Delivered with structural engineer Oren Gaon and main contractor Rom Geves.
