Roof Dagan manages and supervises Hemed Avenue — an industrial and storage complex of about 21,000 m² on 3 floors, designed for full access and heavy logistics on every level. Dedicated ramps take heavy trailers up to the top floor and down to the basement level. The management keeps the developer, the project's architects, the structural consultants, and the main contractor fully in sync to safeguard build quality, schedules, and safety standards.
