Green Logistics, Kiryat Gat

Management and supervision of a large industrial and storage center for Green Logistics, developed and commissioned by Carvil: a logistics center and office buildings totaling about 64,000 m². The work ran from the initial site development and earthworks, through the structure and building systems, to completion and the occupancy permit, closely coordinating the development and earthworks contractors with the structure and systems contractors, and combining Israeli contractors with steel suppliers and contractors from abroad. The office building was erected with one of the world's leading steel fabrication and erection companies and completed within 12 months of the Chinese contractor's start.
