Dynamic Wet Wipes Plant

Engineering management and supervision of a new wet-wipes plant for Dynamic Wipe Industries, with about 10,000 m² of production, industrial, and storage space. Roof Dagan managed the consultant and design team from early planning through handover and helped select a contractor from China to fabricate and erect the steel frame, building envelope, and roof — an envelope erected in full within about two and a half months, with strict attention to quality and safety. Three-story mezzanines were designed and built for loads of about 3,000 kg/m². Structural design: Schiller Oren Engineering.
