Decor Kitchens, Kiryat Gat

Management, supervision, and engineering coordination of Decor Kitchens' move of its production plant from Mazkeret Batya to the Kiryat Gat industrial zone, led by Yossi Dagan. Roof Dagan managed and supervised the entire design effort and the client's requirements, from early planning to the occupancy permit: ongoing coordination between the Israeli and foreign design teams and the client's operational needs, close supervision of adapting the foreign contractor's working methods and standards to Israeli standards and law, and close supervision of building the new plant to the company's technological and logistics needs — including the structure, cladding, foundations, and finishing works.
