Decathlon Store Network, Israel

Roof Dagan, led by Yossi Dagan, ran the coordination, management, and selection of consultant and contractor teams for the rollout of the international sports retailer Decathlon in Israel: about 7 stores nationwide, averaging some 3,000 m² each. The work included continuous coordination with the chain's management and the client in France, applying the chain's engineering and retail standards in every store, running the tenders and selecting the consultants and contractors, close supervision of every stage on site, and managing budgets and tight schedules through each store's opening.
