Buildings 118–121, Kiryat Gat

Engineering management and supervision of the Buildings 118–121 complex in Kiryat Gat, developed and commissioned by Carvil: an office building of about 11,000 m² and an industrial and retail building of about 3,600 m². The structure was imported in full and erected on site within about 3 months by a dedicated team of specialists brought in for the job. Roof Dagan coordinated the local and international contractors, managed the supply chain and logistics end to end, and kept to schedule even under wartime conditions, while taking full care of the conditions and welfare of the roughly 35 foreign workers brought in for the build.
